For help with the VoltQueue Slack integration, email info@voltqueue.com. Getting support does not require a VoltQueue account.
Sign in to VoltQueue, go to Admin → Integrations, and click "Connect Slack." You'll be taken through a quick OAuth flow to authorize the app. Once connected, anyone in your workspace can type /charge in Slack to join the queue.
Each team member needs a VoltQueue account to use the Slack integration. Make sure they've been invited to your VoltQueue workspace (Admin → Members → Get invite link) and have completed signup. Once they have an account with the same email as their Slack account, /charge will work.
Go to Admin → Stalls in your VoltQueue dashboard. You can add new stalls, rename existing ones, download their QR codes, and remove stalls that are no longer in use. Your subscription is automatically adjusted based on your stall count.
Each stall has a unique QR code you can download from Admin → Stalls. Print it and stick it on or near the charger. When a team member scans the QR code with their phone camera, it opens a mobile page where they can check in, join the queue, or view that stall's live status — no app download required.
VoltQueue is $5 per stall per month, with a $25/month minimum. You're billed monthly. Adding stalls adjusts your subscription automatically. You can cancel anytime from Admin → Billing.
Go to Admin → Billing and follow the cancellation steps. Your access continues through the end of the billing period. You won't be charged again after that. If you need help canceling, email us at info@voltqueue.com.
Yes. VoltQueue supports multiple sites within one organization. Each site has its own queue, stalls, and settings. Analytics can be viewed per site or rolled up across all locations.
Go to Admin → Integrations and click "Disconnect Slack." This removes VoltQueue's access to your Slack workspace. Your team will still be able to use VoltQueue from the web app and receive email notifications.
VoltQueue stores your Slack workspace ID, workspace name, and an OAuth access token used to send direct messages. We store Slack user IDs to link Slack accounts with VoltQueue accounts. We do not read or store the content of Slack messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
