These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoltQueue ("VoltQueue," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
VoltQueue provides a software platform that enables organizations and their members to coordinate access to shared electric vehicle (EV) charging resources. Features include real-time stall status tracking, queue management, notifications, violation reporting, and administrative controls.
VoltQueue does not operate, control, or manage physical charging hardware or infrastructure. All physical charger usage is the sole responsibility of users and the organizations that provide such infrastructure. We make no representations about the condition, safety, or availability of any physical charging equipment.
2. Eligibility
