Based on historical session lengths and current queue depth, VoltQueue will show you a live estimate of how long until a stall opens up — so you can decide whether to join or come back later.
A small, low-cost device that mounts at each stall and syncs with VoltQueue in real time. Green means available. Blue means charging. Amber means someone's on their way. Red means overdue. No QR code, no phone required — just glance at the light. Powered by the stall's USB port or a coin cell battery. Wi-Fi connected.

With VoltNode installed, tap your phone on the stall to check in instantly — no app navigation, no QR scan. Works with iPhone and Android wallet passes. Tap again to check out.
When you check out, anyone still at the stall can tap "Adapter left behind" and you'll get an immediate push notification and Slack DM. Never lose a $50 charging adapter again.
Opt in to location-aware queue management. If you're in a meeting across campus, VoltQueue can automatically pass your turn and re-insert you when your calendar clears or you start walking toward the lot.
Block a stall directly from Google Calendar or Outlook — useful for hosting a visitor who drives an EV, or for recurring charging windows. The stall shows "Reserved" during the event window.
When a session runs past its ETA, VoltQueue can automatically escalate: first a friendly nudge to the driver, then a message to their manager, then an alert to facilities. Fully configurable escalation ladder per workspace.
Everything the Slack integration does — /charge to join the queue, direct messages when your stall is ready, admin alerts — available natively inside Microsoft Teams.
Admins can define time windows where the queue is paused and positions are held — for example, locking the queue at 8:00 AM so everyone who joined overnight starts on equal footing when the workday begins. Fully configurable per workspace.
A clip-on current sensor that detects whether a charger is actively delivering power — so VoltQueue can automatically mark a stall "in use" without any manual check-in. No software on the charger required.
Track estimated kWh delivered per session, calculate team carbon offset, and export monthly sustainability reports. Useful for companies with ESG commitments.
Issue a single-use or time-limited access token for visitors. They get a stripped-down view — just the queue and their assigned stall — without needing a full account.
For companies with shared EVs or delivery vehicles, assign chargers to fleet vehicles on a fixed schedule, track charge state across the fleet, and automatically prioritize company vehicles during peak hours.
